All products you buy from Voicewell are covered under a 12 months international warranty, but it does not cover damages resulting from improper use.

Before you plan to return product,make sure that you have contacted our technical support for solutions, we may help you out online with your problems, we believe it will avoid unnesssary return.

When returning a product:

• You must return to us the entire product, paying particular attention to any accessories, manuals, CDs, etc that came with the product. In many circumstances, we must return the product to the manufacturer in the same manner.
• You must use either the entire original packaging or suitably secure substitute packaging to ensure that items are not damaged in transit.
• Returning should be arranged for shipping before 30 days prior to the expiration of the warranty period.

After we get returned products, we will finish repaired it or exchange you a new one within 7 workdays.
